I think there is an issue with the updates KB and KB Could someone look into this and fix the issue? We have 5, computers with Windows 10 that are now in the lurch.

Look for failures. Ours showed access denied and robocopy. You said you had a more recent version of robocopy so i don't think your problem is robocopy.
We are still investigating how we got a really old version of robocopy on our systems. It seems to have come during imaging by a certain application. This did require to manipulate the security settings in file and parent folder. Im not but around on so we are hanging in the wind on this. Microsoft, this is urgent. Since the issue only occurred on machines, if it is feasible, please upgrade your clients to 20H2 or 21H1 for patching.
If it is infeasible, I suggest to pause install KB for a period of time or skip this KB and wait for the next, we have submit this case to Microsoft via our channel. When Patch Manager is enabled, the Patch Status service considers the missing patches are only the patches that have been approved.
For devices with windows 10 installed, the number of updates shown in N-able N-central may not match the list in Windows Update. Windows 10 does not show all available updates, only the updates that are applicable to most windows 10 computers.
This means that if there are updates that are specific to a devices, such as driver updates, the Windows Update screen will not list them. When N-able N-central pulls the list of needed patches, it displays the full list of patches regardless if they are specific to the device or not.
