Add your own review. Average user rating 4. An excellent CRM system which goes to show you don't have to spend thousands with the big boys. When I first downloaded and started using it I was a bit sceptical that it could be any good if it was free and over the next few days and weeks got to know it better. It is very good indeed, and the possiblities to make it your own are far ranging. For example we are using the calendar for meeting room bookings for our clients on the CRM; and of course you can add your logo and customise the colours etc.

Support has been first class too, even though we don't have a hosted version. Well done guys in Ukraine. Good job! The past two-years have been totally problem-free. It is simple to update via SSH command-line and the system has never crashed or hung on me. It just works You simply can't go wrong with this system. The EspoCRM is one of the best and flexible business software you can get no matter the budget.

The software is rock solid. It does everything we ask of it and more. I couldn't be more satisfied. The advanced pack add-ons make this crm sizzle! Great software, great community, great support. A very good product, I really recommend, I have tested many others and this one is really better, good job espocrm, keep it up!

No procedure for backup and restore in windows. Upgrading is problematic when upgrade has new columns for existing tables, software looks for the new columns in existing version and stops with error when not found instead of creating them. Finding paid support for this is difficult. Trying to import a large data set back into espocrm creates problems with phpmyadmin, and mysql workbench does not play nice with this database throwing all kinds of errors and warnings.

Can't do a simple export import with workbench without having to solve incompatibility errors. Bottom line, probably best to stick to Linux on an implementation with this one, and skip it if you plan to use Windows.

Simon Pearce. What a fantastic product, flexible, lightweight and what a CRM should be. Well done ESPO. Just started 'playing' with Espo having looked at lots of different CRMs over the last year.

What's great about it, apart from it being very fast to load, is that it is not weighed down with lots of unnecessary bits and pieces that you get on other systems, bit they are there to purchase as add-ons if you want.

When starting out with CRM you want it nice and simple - Espo delivers this really well and it works really well.

I am very excited to see where this company goes. Congratulation on such a fine work! I have been developing with proprietary CRM's for a number of years now, and have recently delved into the open-source space.

I am very impressed with the quality of this CRM and plan to use this in a number of projects going forward.
